Current verdict

Anthropic is a meaningful feature threat, not an existential category killer. Claude can absolutely eat pieces of SINGU's workflow layer: reporting, summaries, compliance checks, scheduled monitoring, internal tooling, and custom automations. But Claude does not currently replace the hard part: being the trusted operational system for portfolio-scale real estate data, maintenance execution, asset governance, service-provider coordination, and sector-specific implementation across 40+ countries.

Assessment

SINGU is exposed on the workflow automation and analytics surface, not on the full product core.

Claude's recent releases point toward:
- stronger agentic task execution
- scheduled jobs
